    Well, that "recall" will only help a fraction of those affected. It states: "The vehicles affected are Chevy Trailblazers, GMC Envoys and Buick Rainiers produced between 2005 and 2007." My wife's 2000 Envoy had the same problem, so it's not just 2005 and 2007 models!! It effects at least 2000 thru 2007....much more than they admit to. Where the heck do they get their information????

    My 2000 Envoy door window switch had the same problem. I cleaned the switch (actually I just removed it and reinserted it) and it cured everything. Just clean the switch with some electrical contact cleaner. jon

    I think its one long tube light. I priced one and it is between $50-$100 depending on your dealer parts discount (if any). It is easy accessible via the rear glass.
