I drove a 2002 Envoy for 50,000 miles-- Drove like a dream. For 1000 miles and 3 sets of tires this SUV handles very poorly on the expressway from 60-80 MPH. I would not recommend this SUV-- apparently GM thinks sloppy vibrating SUVS are acceptable. Trying to return under the Lemon Law. Not sure what they changed from 2002 to the Envoy Denali XL--just buyer beware. I regret that it is a miserable ride at higher speeds and my worst lifetime auto purchase. I would recommend that you buy something else until they fix this problem or GM begins to care about their consumers again.
V8 is nice and ease of lowering seats.Satellite radio and OnStar are wonderful. Heated front seats are great. Roomy.
Improve the handling and ride at 60 MPH- 80MPH on expressways.Much too much vibration and miserable ride.I have owned 9 SUV's--this is by far the worst! Nothing like the wonderful handling of the 2002 Envoy.Dealer has had the SUV more than I. So either build it better or train the mechanics better
