Have you filed a complaint with BBB online? I would suggest documenting every conversation and email and file a complaint with the BBB. They can initiate the buyback process. Oh wow! That's terrible! We have a 2012 with a sunroof and it has never leaked. If you can pinpoint where you think the leak is coming from they will be more likely to fix it. You can look all along the vehicle for any gaps in the seals.

If you have a SunRoof on your 2007 and you bought it used, get rid of it as soon as possible. If you bought it new, GM is well aware of all the problems the leaking sunroofs caused. I have been offered the following at local GMC dealer: 2012 Acadia Denali AWD for $44,504 after rebates and "dealer discount". Only extra $$ is taxes and plates totalling $4,365. I have a 2007 FWD Acadia. I had the Transmission oil changed at ~50K miles. My transmission just failed at 93,000 miles and had it towed to the dealer. It flat out fell apart and was in pieces when the dealer took it apart.
