    No I'm quite sure I know the difference between an Acadia and a terrain. It is shorter in height and length. We also haven't added onto our garage and I haven't gotten any bigger. The Acadia has not been redesigned for 2011 and the dimensions are the same between the 2010 and 2011. Dimensions for both years: Length 200.7" Height 69.9" (without roof rack) Width 78.2"

    Oh, forgot, Also included in the lease in lieu of a security deposit for $500 we did the $599 lease protection plan that covers up to $5000 in damages, wear and tear, etc.

    When adding in the following fees: $399 doc fee $890 GMAC lease acquisition fee $73 license fee ...the 36 month lease payment with tax is $574.47 per month. We paid first month lease payment and tax on rebates for drive off total of $807 today.

    This was extremely helpful to me. I am negotiating on a lease for a new 2010 GMC Terrain, and getting very different numbers from dealers. This truck's 15,000 mile per year residual values vary from 39% to 42% depending upon what trim level you want.     I definitely plan to drive the Edge, Venza and probably the Tribeca. The 2010 Outback looks intriguing as well, as does the 2010 Equinox. As an Acadia owner, I was also interested in the GMC Terrain until I saw the pictures - hate the squared off fender flares on it.

    That's Ford's newest V6. It makes 265hp and is used in the similarly sized TX. What else would they use? The D37 is newer and has more torque and HP, or they could use an EcoBoost.
