I bought this car when we lived
overseas in Germany and we needed up
upgrade from a sedan. It has been an
almost constant source of
disappointment. We've had to replace
the transmission sensor, rework the
brakes twice (in one year), and
countless other things. Who makes
pistons out of plastic?! I'm not a
heavy braker, so I'm not sure what the
problem is. I also dislike the fact
that the van will routinely stall. That
makes me feel very unsafe. The mechanic
at the dealer could find no cause for
this problem. I'm looking for a vehicle
to replace this piece of garbage!
Comfortable ride, good winter vehicle
(when everything is funcitoning well)
Make pistons out of a material that
will stand up to the heat of braking -
A more reliable engine/transmission.
