2002 Ford Thunderbird Convertible Deluxe 2dr Convertible (3.9L 8cyl 5A)

Review

The car is excellent in every way!! Being a 2002, it doesn't have heated seats, but if I really needed them I can get a 2003. The car steers well, has adequate power and gets lots of looks. I was not overwhelmed by the styling at first, but a lot of people must like it, because it still attracts a lot of attention. It is a very comfortable car and a joy to own!

2002 Ford Thunderbird Convertible Neiman Marcus Edition 2dr Convertible (3.9L 8cyl 5A)

Review

We purchased this car on E Bay...it had 1401 miles on it..we flew to NY, saw the car, took it around the block and purchased it. I'm 5'8'' and my wife is 5'4''...we are about as tall as a new T-bird owner should be. We love the T-Bird, however, it has limited trunk space. We drove the car back to Panama City Beach Florida and had a great trip.

Best Features

Very easy to put top up and down, hardtop stores easy enough too. There is not a day goes by that someone doesn't come up and compliment us on this car.

Worst Features

could use auto lights w/wipers, and a pause button on the CD..if this is all I can come up with, it can't be that bad.

Review

This car is a "hoot" to own & drive! Get use to complete strangers coming up to you and asking all kinds of questions about the car. It's impractical to own but I'm 60 yrs old & it makes me feel 16 all over again.

Best Features

The over all beauty & quality of the car. Hard top is a very nice feature in the winter. The car is really in it's element in the summer with the top down. It goes when you step on the gas & sound nice doing so.

Worst Features

Needs a vanity type package--compass, garage door opener, auto rear mirror dimmer, etc. It goes but a little more horse power would be nice.

Review

Overall a very nice car. Needs more power. Mileage is excellent. Ride is a bit soft. Grabs lots of attention.

Best Features

Exterior styling is excellent, the best retro look of any modern car.

Worst Features

Better sun visors, more power. Convertable top when up affords little head room. Could use a stiffer frame.
