1993 Ford Taurus GL 4dr Sedan
Repairs in the past 10 years has been
Oil Pan gasket, Radiator, Brake
Rotors, Water Pump, Battery.
Car has never beem maintained
properly. Oil changes done whenever
done...currently 4,000 miles overdue.
Cooling system never was flushed,
which lead to replacing Water Pump and
Radiator. Sticky breaks distroying the
rotors was the only agrivating
problem. Right now due for a tune up
as its hesitating on the highway.
Its the Family Beater, and it wont die!
-Pop out coin and cup holders
-145hp V-6 preforms well for its age.
-Trunk room, and wide opening.
-Handeling, good car for a road test.
-As a ford guy, even I can say the 3.8
was a horrible engine.
-Plastic Door Handels are easy to
break...inside and out, use a stronger
material (kids are tough on these)
