2008 Ford Taurus X SEL 4dr Wagon AWD (3.5L 6cyl 6A)
Purchased this lovely vehicle about a month ago. However, we have now discovered that two valves are leaking and the rotors need repair (@ 18000 mi.). I find it "interesting" that these were not repaired by the original selling dealership and we must now have it repaired under warranty by a Ford dealership! AND it is taking way too long for repair - 3 day repair time! Without even an offer for a loaner! What kind of customer service is that?!
Smooth take off and ride. Many interior features that are pluses!
Back windows being down - noise! Arm rests for back seats.
When a company, any company to be exact makes product chances are there are going to be a few that come out with defects really it only has 18000 on it give ford a break there the only ones with out a bailout ........... and on the other hand its not ford it the dealership with the problems maybe you should take that up with them. My dealer if which i have bought 13 new fords from does excellent work and treats me very well so think before you bring down the rest of the service centers out there because there not all as bad as yours
