2003 Ford Mustang GT Deluxe 2dr Coupe (4.6L 8cyl 5M)

Review

I just got this car last month, but from what I can see so far it's great. I'm 6ft 185 pounds, and I fit just fine in it, I don't even need the seat all the way back, and 4 people can fit in it, just so long as they aren't huge. I get 20mpg average... and that's with getting on it a few times a day.

2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1 2dr Coupe (4.6L 8cyl 5M)

Review

The re-issue of the Mach 1 Mustang is an excellent performance value for the money. This car has a tremendous amount of low end torque and easily runs the quarter mile in high 13 second range without any modifications, just as from the factory. The Mach has a distinctive muscle car exhaust note that is reminiscent of big block cars from the 60's. One drawback is the interior, which could have been done up with better quality. Fuel tank is relatively small (15 gallons) and requires frequent re-filling , especially if the car is driven hard.

Awesome first car

2003 Ford Mustang 2dr Coupe (3.8L 6cyl 5M)

Review

I received my Mustang for my first car and I have loved driving it for the past three years. It turns heads, provides the get up and go needed for passing on the interstate and has decent milage for a sports car (averages 20mpg in town and on the highway). I have never had even the slightest problem with the reliability of this vehicle. The only thing that concerns me is that it is totally a warm weather vehicle, in the midwest where we can get a few feet of snow at a time, the RWD and light overall weight of the car just is not safe enough even in town on snow-packed streets. Also, for long drives, even my young back begins to hurt. Even with these criticisms, I still love my Mustang.

Fun to drive. Economical purchase, and great fuel economy. Have added flowmasters, MAF, and 75mm throttle body. Car hauls, and still gets 22+ miles per gallon. Fun, fun, fun.

Great car at a lower than expected price, lots of power, handles very well, car still a favorite of many onlookers even when compared to new styling [some prefer it to the retro look]. It is also a car well supported by the aftermarket suppliers so custom accessories abound. Happy with mine after three years of ownership!

I love this car. It is very fun to drive and it is very stylish. All of my friends love my car. It is very reliable and I have never had any trouble with it. It never leaks because of the top and the top comes down very quick.

Best bang for your buck. Faster than 90% of stock street cars. Fastest street car under $50000. Recommend anyone looking for a great sports car then this is the one.

Awesome Car!

I'm biased because I'm a Mustang lover. For all those people disliking the comfort, interior design, and fuel mileage go buy an import. This is not an issue for the real men who drive Mustangs. The interior design is a bit bland but to be honest it doesn't matter with me. This car is so underestimated out there in the high hp car world. Probably because now it's kinda rare since they were only produced for 2 years. Best car I've ever owned.

I had always wanted a GT, so when they were running some rebates I went for it. No regrets since. The only problem I've had with it is a nut coming loose on one of the top drive cylinders which I was able to fix myself. I can't get enough of the power and sound even in stock form. After leaving it with my Dad for a year while I was overseas, I wasn't out of the driveway before I said to myself, "This is a fast car!" I also think it's better looking than the new one, but that's just me. It's no wonder Chevy couldn't sell Camaros, the Mustang is just about perfect. No frills, just fun.
