A 97 Z28 and I had to painstakingly
part. A few years later I ran into this
used Mustang for a good price and bought
it since I was dying to get back into a
sports car. The Z had a little more
power and cornered a little tighter, but
rode a LOT rougher and was a LOT
noisier. The Mustang is fun to drive,
I prefer it over the Z. It even has
true dual exhausts! (The Z has duals
coming out of the muffler).
Smooth V8, nice rumble, ample power.
Nice stereo. Fun to drive.
I do miss the 6 speed in the Z. Would
also like the independent rear
suspension. Ford should also offer
chrome wheels. I've seen a lot of
'stangs with chrome wheels and it really
dresses up the car. A sun/moon roof
option would be extremely nice. Would
help "open up" the interior.
