2011 Ford Fusion SPORT 4dr Sedan (3.5L 6cyl 6A)

Review

We bought a 2011 black with black leather Sport.
Love it!
The engine is really smooth and definitely has some get up.
The transmission shifts very smoothly.
Haven't driven much at all in manual mode.
Seats are really supportive and comfortable.
Great finish and quality with the interior.
Love the leather trim on doors.
Car gets lots of looks.
We parked next to a 3 Series the other day.
In the reflection, the Fusion by far looked better than the BMW.
Looked much more expensive.
Overall, it's been a great experience with this car so far.
Hopefully many miles to come!!!

Best Features

The SYNC is awesome! Love the wheels and the ground effects. The engine is very fast, smooth, and quiet. The Sony sound system can blow you out of the car!

Worst Features

Wish it came standard with auto climate control, power passenger seat, heated front seats. For a car that was over $28k, you would think this would be included. We got the package with moonroof and Sony sound but didn't want to fork over the extra 2 grand for all the other stuff but wish we had these three features. Ford should also add turn signals on the exterior mirrors. That would make it look more German. Little more backseat room. Our G6 was actually a little bigger. The only other thing is that I wish the MPG was a little better. My wife drives interstate mainly and is only averaging 19 to maybe 21. I would think it would be a little for efficient. Otherwise LOVE IT!

Sorry, your Fusion does not look better than a BMW 3 series any day of the week. What you are experiencing is confirmation bias where to tell yourself something and convince yourself it is true. If you want fuel efficiency, trade it for a Toyota or Honda 4 cylinder. If you believe this is a con, maybe you should have done more research prior to purchasing this vehicle.
