Chug Chug Jerk Choke

2012 Ford Focus SE 4dr Hatchback (2.0L 4cyl 5M)
$27K vehicle, my 1st Ford and my retirement car.
At 6,500 miles: 1. Major issue - "known" transmission issue. Upon acceleration the vehicle feelsl like it is not getting gas, chugs, and it feels like it will die. Dealer reprogrammed PCM /TCM with no improvement in performance. Was told not to bring the vehicle back because there is nothing more that can be done.
Gas mileage is less than 30 MPG on the highway. 3.
New rattles everyday.
On some music the speakers get crackly and sound like you blew one out. 5. Cheap interior carpet - major wear on the driver's side. 6.
Rear seat belts have weird position and functionality.
I am now at 12,000 miles after having a clutch replaced at about 8,000 miles.
Last week the engine light came on and it was chugging and bucking the worst it ever has, not moving upon acceleration at the stop lights (low gear), and on the brink of leaving me stranded in rush hour traffic.
Luckily I was close to a Ford dealer and was able to pull in and drop the car off.
Final repair this time was the 2nd software update.
Along with the transmission issues the vehicle only gets 28 mpg, the rattles and squeaks from the headliner and dash area have returned with a vengeance (after previous rpr at 8,000 miles).
I am not happy with the "pat" answers from the dealers and tired of the Ford run around.
There is no real fix and I assume as history is showing me - that this will continue to happen.
It is not a secure feeling to know your vehicle could act up and anytime and leave you stranded; that is not acceptable.
A class action suit is in Ford's future since Ford will not buy back this vehicle.
Based on the other comments from other Ford owners - I've got one of the bad ones.
