Review

Mom & I bought "foci" & regret it. Iíve replaced my ignition @30K mi; my mom's was replaced twice @ the same mileage. My check engine light is on & dealership didnít fix the trouble; they reset the light. A week later the warranty ran out & the light came back. I wonít take it to Ford due to disappointing experiences @ 2 shops in 2 parts of FL. My mechanic said this trouble could cost 150-500 depending on if itís a leaking hose or a defective valve. My mom's is having this problem (still under warranty)& the dealership said it didnít cover this & it would cost her 300+ to fix. The fabric on the seat has worn all the way through in places-IĎm 120lbs

What company would market such a lemon & expect returning customers or referrals? Iím 20, I'll never buy FORD again. I don't recommend Focus. The only good thing is that the reps @ Ford Credit are helpful & understanding & there are payment methods(on line/ phone)+fee

Worst Features

The only way to improve this car is to gut it and start over. If FORD wonít offer quality products, they should at least offer a warranty that covers their poor "craft"manship.
