Re: Chicago area lease rates? [chuck68516]

Hi chuck68516. Here's the info that you're looking for. Through March 31st, Ford Credit's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Flex SEL AWD with 10,500 miles per year are 1.0% and 51%, respectively. Re: Chicago area lease rates? [chuck68516]

What are the current numbers for a 2009 Ford Flex SEL AWD, 36 month, 10,500 per year in the Omaha, Nebraska area? Checking cars.com shows nothing on leases in zip 68516 or any other Omaha zip code. I noticed the rebate is $4500 in your zip. That's $1500 more than what it is here but we do have lease offers through Ford here. Read More...

Re: BUY VS. LEASE [vandyman4]

Hi Jon, Are the numbers you posted yours? Or are they a dealer quote? Also, they seem to be mixed between lease and buy. If the numbers are from a dealer, they look a bit high. Here are the numbers you need to post to make sure everything adds up: ON A LEASE MSRP Negotiated Price Money Factor (Interest Rate) Term (How many months) Residual ON A PURCHASE MSRP Negotiated ... Re: Flex Limited FWD in Southeast Michigan [yolanda4510]

Ford sells the Flex to US Bank, US Bank leases the Flex to you that's why they get the RETAIL CASH REBATES. US Bank has terrible money factors and residuals but so does Ford in most areas. One guy said his lease rate was 10% vs some areas that were at 0.75% through Ford. On my quote, US Bank lease rate was 7.1% which is really high for a lease. Ford Residual was around 45% ... Article Comments - 2009 Chevy Traverse LT2 vs. 2009 Ford Flex Limited

Re: Article Comments - 2009 Chevy Traverse LT2 vs. 2009 Ford Flex Limited [tfd123]

Is bloviating your profession or are you just really good at talking without out really saying much. By the way, keeping it short and sweet, we have 6 cars in our family, 5 American and one Honda Civic. The civic is without a doubt the car we least like to drive. It is hard for us to see why people think Japanese cars are really so great. They lack style, they lack the fun ... Read More...

Re: Article Comments - 2009 Chevy Traverse LT2 vs. 2009 Ford Flex Limited [narg]

This post is so full of inaccuracies and plain old fashioned BS that I barely know where to start. How about the beginning: Let's see. Your first paragraph belittles "Quality Surveys" as nothing more than public opinion based on TV commercials (?). Then, in an attempt to back your claim that domestic manufacturers are building better cars, you reference the ... Read More...

Ford Flex Lease Questions

Re: Carman: Lease Loyalty Question [chuck68516]

Ford's security deposit is not mandatory. It is not even recommended. Wear Care is a complete and total rip off and can be waived. Just put a check mark in the box that says no on the Wear Care form. Didn't know you could completely waive the security deposit on all leases. Are you sure about that? I know they sometimes waive it across the board during certain promotions. ... Read More...

Re: Chicago area lease rates? [Car_man]

Car_Man, What are the current numbers for a 2009 Ford Flex SEL AWD, 36 month, 10,500 per year in the Omaha, Nebraska area? My local dealer has been quoting me some crazy numbers. Sale price on MSRP $35,410 is down to $26,256 but lease rate is way too high. Read More...
