The no torque, suspension, easiest to drive and give up car.

2013 Ford Fiesta Titanium 4dr Sedan (1.6L 4cyl 5M)
Suspension: Front independent, but rear only a beam in the back - it bottoms out on bumps. NO torque from A standstill - almost got into two accidents when trying to accelerate from a standstill. The gas economy is not 29/39. My trip computer after 6000 miles, says I get only 17mpg in the city and 28 on the highway - UNACCEPTABLE for such a light car.
I challenge anyone from Ford to come and look at my trip computer. The rear seat is severely cramped. The rear windshield is harder to see out of at night. No center bin front seat.
When Arm rest extended, it interferes with cup holders. Ambient lighting is a waste of money. Front door has a weight imbalance. Blind spot mirrors hard to use.
The Fiesta is easy to steer, brake, park, fill up the tank and maneuver through traffic. The sound
insulation in comparison to it's competitors is very good. The small 1.6 liter engine is fairly quiet and powerful even at high speeds.
Put a suspension in the back equal to the front instead of just that beam bar you have back there. Fix the torque from a standstill, maybe install a turbo.
Change rear view mirror to one you can see better out of at night, like the front windshield.
Make a better maintenance manual with clearly defined maintenance. Explain how to use the alternate start system for a push button start car that fails to start with the button. Tell people where the hidden key is for the push button start. FORD SHOULD BE WILLING TO ALLOW PEOPLE EXCHANGE THIS CAR FOR SOMETHING BETTER ON THE LOT, IF THEY DON'T LIKE IT AFTER BUYING IT.
ihatefordtoo I could not delete the earliest post. Edmunds does not have a feature for it. But I did revise my post to be more up to date and accurate. I think you'll see that when you or anyone else reads it. Should be somewhere after this one below.
YOu are 100% right ihatefordtoo, Because at that time when I first got it was reliable and i posted this in early 2013 and your comment is in 2014 after it has been proven unreliable.
But it has proven over time it is not. I would give it the lowest rating now for reliability and I am going to do a revised post. Hopefully i can revise this post
or deltete it and rewrite a more up to date one. But he negatives in here I wrote and still true.
