Review

Wishing I had stayed with the diesel engine. Love the truck itself, but was not told the truth about mpg. Diesel mpg was @ 15 in city, V10 @ 9.6 . Salesman implied approx.same, not even close. Rancho suspension makes for a rough ride unless loaded down. Has great acceleration, towing power less of course than the Powerstroke, yet suffice.

Best Features

Folding rear seat with fold downs for floor protection provides ample room for transporting large objects not wanting to be placed in bed of. Comfortable seating for the long haul. Plenty of leg room front and rear.

Worst Features

Interior carries too much plastic for the price. Leather seems to have been down graded to pleather compared to truck purchased in 2000. Some wind noise too soon.( Only 8500 miles)

Review

We bought a new F350 6.0 Deisel with the impression that if there was a problem Ford would fix it. NOT TRUE >> they have a statement of if a engine uses 1 quart of oil per 600 to 800 miles there isn't anything wrong with the engine! Imagine not only putting in gas but also a gallon of oil. MY MY how nice to have a new 40,000 dollar truck. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Worst Features

Be reasonable and fix the engine!!!

Review

There was no option for the 6.0 Diesel so had to choose the 10cyl. In 4 months the truck has over 40k miles and gets 21.4 mpg using reclaimed oil/diesel mix costing about $0.38/gal.As with our other company trucks the leather is the poorest quality to be found in a vehicle. The sheet metal is so thin that damage occurs just shutting doors. None of our trucks have ever failed to perform with 86 1-ton having 800+k miles. Hope this new engine and trans holds up like Ford's of old. Wish these $45,000 trucks had better metal quailty and interior leather. Oh, the power window on passenger has been replaced 3 times. Noah

Best Features

Great Power and mileage for this workhorse truck, ride is good and stable on and off road. This truck is like driving around your living room with comfortable seats and huge windows.

Worst Features

Better sheet metal quality and paint could be better, lots of poor finish in corners. Interior leather is a joke, painted black leather instead of quality dyed as the prices paid should allow.
