2011 Ford F-150 XL 4dr SuperCrew Styleside 6.5 ft. SB (5.0L 8cyl 6A)
We have owned a newer, used Dodge truck, and a newer, used Chevy truck. They both have spent lots of time in repair shop. Our first truck was an OLD, used Ford. It wasn't pretty but it was reliable and cost us little in repairs. So, when it was time to invest in a brand new truck the choice was simple. We bought our truck 6 months ago. My husband has used it for work and we have traveled 7 hrs away in it. It works very well for both ! Friends who have taken a ride in it ask if it is really a truck because it rides as smooth as some cars.
The 60/40 seat and the size of the seating area in the super crew is great- Leaves a seat for our kid and the dog has room on the floor. My husband like it because he has more than ample room for all of his toolboxes while maintaining a seating area in the back. The ability to seat six is a nice feature. We have needed to do that occasionally and the middle seat in the front is much more comfortable than it was in the Dodge.
