2011 Ford F-150 Lariat Limited 4dr SuperCrew 4WD 5.5 ft. SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
FINALLY, Ford puts a work horse engine in the F150.
The 6.2L is a monster in this truck.
From the moment it starts, you know this truck means business.
My first option for aftermarket was to run dual exhaust but the single side exhaust growl is amazing.
And it's tuned to be quiet at higher speeds.
This truck has no problem pulling an 8,000 pound boat with a triple axle boat.
Still trying to fine tune the trailer brakes controller.
The Navigation is brilliant, easy to read, basically having a laptop pc in your truck.
The display monitor in the gauge pod is outstanding.
Very easy to use.
So much tech on this truck it is amazing.
Paint is better than my Lexus.
The Navigation system and display are brilliant, easy to use.
The voice commands are perfect and the computer follows directions.
All the technology on this truck easily matches that of a premium Lexus or Bimmer.
The ride and handling on this truck is perfect.
No major rough spots.
It does not feel like a 5800 pound truck.
Great six speed shifting.
I like the manual mode, very nice but not as sporty in a truck.
VERY quiet cabin.
Seats are incredible and plenty of room in the rear seats.
Anyone who has ridden in the back seat all rave about the leg room and comfort.
Power running boards are a great feature.
I am loving this truck.
You will too.
I'm not quite sure why Ford uses an external antenna versus combining with the XM roof version.
The stereo is great however it would be nice to fine tune the mid-range and bass.
I like the telescoping and tilt wheel however at the highest seat setting the wheel won't raise high enough so that the level of gauges across the top are slightly blocked.
Also, I plan to buy a locking gas cap.
I wish the gas door had a release from the inside.
I am going to go crazy in keeping the white painted 22 inch wheels clean all the time but they are absolutely gorgeous!
