2003 Ford F-150 SuperCrew 4dr SuperCrew Lariat 4WD Styleside SB (4.6L 8cyl 4A)

Review

My first nice vehicle. I went all out
and got most options. The truck is
beautiful inside and out. Roomy,
comfortable ride. Heated leather
captain chairs are very nice. I was a
little weary buying an American truck
because of all the stuff you hear about
poor quality, but I must admit I'm very
impressed. Although it's big it is
easily maneuverable and the visibility
is good. No blind spots. Rides up nice
and high. After more than a year I
still enjoy walking out to my truck
every morning. Gas is pricey, but if
you can afford to buy the truck chances
are good that you can afford the gas.

Best Features

High, comfortable ride. Nice amenities inside.

Worst Features

Can't think of any!

Review

I have the 5.4 Litre and have found
that it has incredibly power. This
truck makes heads turn as you drive
down the road. I really have a hard
time parking the vehcile for the night.
Most of my friends that are Hard core
chev owners are really having a second
look. When I was shopping for a truck I
compared all trucks and I just kept
going back to this one and I'm really
happy I did.

Great truck, not zippy, but the power
comes when you need it. What about
better mileage?

Review

This is the first truck I have even
considered buying. I don't think I
will ever go back to a car. The King
Ranch is very luxuious, comfortable and
a delight to drive.

Best Features

The leather seats. The 5.4 ltr. engine. The wheels.

Worst Features

None.

Review

I traded a 2000 C1500 Silverado in to
try my first Ford pickup. For the few
weeks I've had it, I love it. Although
the horsepower is much less than my
Chevy (231 vs. 270), it still drives
great. The interior look and feel are
better than the Chevy, and the
ride/transmission is much smoother too.

We'll see if I end up a true convert.
My Dad retired from General Motors so I
could have bought any GMC at a
discount. Thought I would try the Ford.

Best Features

Supercrew 4-door; high ride; smooth shifting and easy steering; great stereo and comfortable seats. I like the look of the truck from the side.

Worst Features

It doesn't matter now because the 2004's are out. I would have suggested better mileage and having a ribbed steering wheel-my hands slip easily when turning corners.
