I needed a truck to use for installing
doors and windows (before being layed
off anyway).I needed a long bed, but
really wanted the extended cab too, so
it's not as comfortable as I would like
since I've got pretty long legs.
There's just no way to get the seat all
the way back and recline the seat at
the same time.With a camper top, it's
become very practical.
Only in a long bed can you toss a sheet
of plywood into the back and have it
swallowed up whole with room to spare
on all sides.
Steering and transmission. The only
thing I really don't like about it is
steering is too "loose" and doesn't
give a feel for the road, and the
standard three speed transmission with
overdrive just doesn't suit my driving
