Follow UP: Now the lady (In Charge) of "Customer Service" for Ford Co. has also told me "Sorry, too bad" and go get a "Booster Seat". Big Help (NOT!!) I guess Ford has now resigned their moto of "Quality" to "Here it is, Too bad if something Sucks on your Car". Next time I'll forget trying to support "OUR" economy and just get a Japanese manuf. car - as they still care about customer satisfaction. Recommend you do the same.Report it
Uhhhh, did you not notice this during your test drive? Did you even test drive it???Report it
Well yes I did. Unfortunately I test drove from the driver's seat. Silly me didn't notice the abnormally low passenger seat at that time. So I'm just getting the warning out to others as this could happen to them. That's what these customer reviews are for.Report it
