I bought this truck with around 230,000 miles on it wondering what i was getting myself into. This truck is great. Great in the snow, always starts, great sound system, lots of cargo room, feels like I'm sitting on a lazy boy driving around, it is so smooth. The car has also aged gracefully. I had to make a few minor repairs but that is to expected with such an old vehicle. The gas milage is not great but you can't control gas prices. I love the truck overall and it is still going strong after 300,000. I'm going to hold on to this truck as long as I can. The front seats have so much room so much better than riding in a 2010 sardin can.

If your planning to by a family
vehichle, this is not the one to buy.
We named my truck the exploder because
as soon as you fix one major thing
another happens. If you have lots of
money and nothing to do with it this
is the vehichle for you.

I'm a female owning this vehicle and I
just bought it not to long ago, and had
already had to replace the raidator and
the egr sensor, but that's the risk of
buying a used vehicle, yet so far I'm
impressed on the vehicle that I have.

I bought this vehicle new off the lot.
I have never had any major mechanical
problems. I have always kept up good
maintenance practices though. I hit a
deer hear on last year... Only took out
the grill and a slight wrinkle in the
right front quarterpanel. I'll buy
another FORD someday... but am sticking
with my Green Machine for now.

I bought this car at 36k miles in '02,
and it is a great car, that never
seems to faulter. He kept it in
immaculate condition, so i know it
hasn't even been "broken into" yet.--
IT's a great drive; comfortable and
smooth (for an older model SUV).
