2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT Rwd 4dr Crew Cab (4.0L 6cyl 5A)
I bought the sport trac because of its looks, size
and features and think that it will suit my purposes
of light hauling. I think the interior is average and a
bit dated, and pales in comparison to the new f150
interior. I really enjoy the power rear window and
its driving comfort. However, I must say suspension
has the truck jumping all over on bumpy roads. I
would really love this truck if the ride was a bit
smoother and not as skiddish.
Styling and the power rear window.
Update this interior! It looks so dated, especially
after looking at how nice the new F-150 is. The ride
is very jittery. Not smooth over bumpy roads.
2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT Premium Rwd 4dr Crew Cab (4.0L 6cyl 5A)
I bought this because I was, frankly,
scared of the size of a F150 extended
cab! I like that I have a truck that
isn't too big, and isn't too small. It
is a good and comfortable vehicle for
driving long distances in.
I know the bed is small and the towing
capacity is less than it's big
brothers, but still 5300 pounds is
still pretty good.
For me I am beyond pleased!
I absolutely love that I can have my
sunroof open, all my windows and the
back window open driving on the highway
and not experience any drag. I also
like that it is not carpeted! That is
such a major plus when you have
I always end up turning on the heated
seats by accident. I wish there was a
guage on the dash board to see when it
was on rather than when I start baking!
2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT Premium 4WD 4dr Crew Cab (4.0L 6cyl 5A)
I love the car/truck it will fit 1
motorcycle with the tailgate down and
has a great ride loader or unloaded.
Needs more power and better economy so
it needs to shead some pounds to get
that done it is a heavy truck for it's
size. Overall I am very pleased with
4 doors, pick-up bed, comfort
more power, slightly longer bed 2ft,
