I regret not getting the V6. The 4 cyl is a bit noisy for my liking. The torque is not what it should be either. I dont really notice great gas mileage. I'll fill up and drive 60 miles and the fuel tank is already down to 3/4 full. I've figured it out to be about 7 Liters per 100 KM (hopefully you can translate this into miles per gallon). I hope this improves as the car gets "broken in". Right now, it's got about 4000 miles on it.
7L/100 would be exceptional fuel economy.
Mine reports an average of 10L/100 and I consider that quite good, though my calculations show 11.5/100. It's exactly what the car is rated for in city. On hwy I can't get any better than 9L/100.
I do find the fuel tank to be quite accurate as opposed to most cars that sit at full for a long time and then suddenly drop.
