Unstoppable hybrid that's cheap as chips

2009 Ford Escape Hybrid
I picked up my 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid in 2018 with only 65K km on it. I've had zero mechanical issues (other than some rust, but the car came from Alberta, so that's to be expected). The 4WD is capable in the backcountry and the CVT transmission hasn't given me any grief in the mountains or offroading, even rock-crawling decommissioned logging roads. City or country, this 4wd hybrid is … perfectly comfortable in either, and it costs pennies to run compared to traditional ICE SUVs.
