My question is has FORD fixed the spark plug problem yet?? We need to know WHICH years and engines have been redesigned so the spark plugs do not blow out of the cylinder heads. Even two local dealers do not know what year the problem has been corrected if at all. If not... I will never buy another FORD. Almost ALL Japanese engines with aluminum heads have long reach spark plugs in them. That should be a clue. Even motorcycles.Report it
To open the rear doors enough to put plywood inside you will notice when the doors are open that there is a flat steel strap that restrains the door from opening too far into traffic etc., and you will see a little spring clip just above the little strap. Just lift that strap up off of the little pin holding it and slide it out. ,now the doors will open fully. I see this same comment on all the forums a lot, and just thought I would take the time to tell you . It probably shows you in the owners manual too. (not sure ) though.Report it
