I wholeheartedly agree. Ford's making a mistake killing off the Crown Vic, Grand Marquis, and Town Car. I also agree that they're still really nice cars; let's just say that they're behind the PAZAAZ curve. Does anybody know if Ford fixed the gas tank in 2005 Crown Victorias / Grand Marquis ? Why doesn't the Ford Motor Company install the new 4.6, 300 hp V-8 from the 2005 Mustang GT into the Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis? It couldn't hurt. Plus, the 05 Mustang GT's V-8 has an aluminum block which weighs 75 pounds less than the 04 Mustang GT's iron block. It also pollutes less. Read More...

why Ford Motor Co seems to put the Crown Vic behind the proverbial "8 Ball"? Let me explain...my local Mercury dealer quoted me $20,831 after $4500 in rebates ($3500 on the car and $1000 when using Ford Credit) on a 2005 Grand Marquis GS Convenience Package.
