Hello I have not seen or heard of a factory 15" wheel for any of the Aerostars. I do know that you can find the factory offset @ the tirerack.com web pages. I am running factory alloys from a 1995 Mustang GT 16" wheels on my 1996 Aerostar and they work quite well and have 1994-1996 Ford Town Car 15" alloys on my Mom's 94 Aerostar. We have an excellent experience with our 1996 Ford Aerostar XLT 2WD with the 4.0L engine. Reliability is incredible (now 140,000), and it hasn't been into the repair shop for any engine work since 1999. It's still on the original engine and transmission. I have purchased a 1996 Ford Aerostar XLT extended length and has a 4.0L V6 engine and gets about 15-16 mph per gallon on city and 21-25 mph per gallon on flat highway. Tow 2,500 pds on flat highway gets about 17-20 mph per gallon. Read More...
