Can I use this offer on a different vehicle than the one specified in the promotion?

Your redemption request may be denied for any of the following reasons:
  • The sale lease contract was not submitted or your documentation was incomplete or was tampered with; the manufacturer has no record of a vehicle being purchased or leased; duplication of a Vehicle Identification Number; or an indication in the manufacturer's records that the vehicle order was cancelled
  • The name used to sign up for this offer did not match the name on the purchase or lease agreement
  • The submission was made for a vehicle other than an eligible vehicle
  • The submission was made after the 30-day deadline
  • A fraudulent offer was submitted
