Maintenance Schedule: Change the alternator and drive belt at 60,000 miles
I bought my former company car, a 2004 Stratus with a 2.7 liter V-6, with 66,000 miles on it for my daughter and I noted in the owner's manual that the alternator and drive belt should be changed at 60,000 miles, which should be a considerable expense.
