Review
I have just purchased this vehicle and I am very satisfied so far. I have a 2900 lb truck camper loaded in it and power wise it has no issues. The camper does cause it to sway a little but with air bag add-ons I don't think that it will have any trouble. The mileage with the camper is about 11 but I figure that since there is only 1000 miles on this truck it should get a lot better.

The power is awesome, great shifting transmission.
Suggested Improvements
A few more cup holders and places to store things in the cab would make it a little nicer but that is probably just personal preference. Great rig!

Review
So far I like this truck after only having it for a month. We are going RVing full time so we purchase a 38' 5th wheel and I wanted the power. I love the uconnect and the exhaust braking most so far.The ride is not great and so far I am only getting 14 to 15mph not pulling the RV. The mirrors are not great for a RV cause they don't extend out far enough.

Suggested Improvements
Better ride, seats are very hard. The nob for the GPS seems like it would not take much before it snaps off. Bigger fuel tank or add another tank. Do something with the tailgate to make it lighter to close like the fords have. Air ride would be nice.

Review
This is still new so the mileage has not settled. First Cummings and it has impressed, much more responsive than my Detroits and the International. I miss the full steel front bumper and I'd like a heavier rear bumper. With the 4x4 it is pushing my equipment trailer like it's weightless. Also never considered a truck with a sunroof, but I'm loving it. uConnect is great, dials both phones. NOW the bad, wanted the heated & cooled seats, toolboxes, climate control, lifetime warranty. These are 1500 only.
Favorite Features
Power, economy (beats all my others), seating, uConnect, mirrors, sunroof - still can't believe it, 4x4 control & indicators (beats my 1500).
Suggested Improvements
Delete the Alpine Nav, give me Garmin. Cup holders from my 1500. Built in brake controller like the F350 and the tailgate step. Behind seat storage like my Silverado. Give me the rest of the 1500 features. This truck was over $50K.

Just got this truck about 2 weeks ago and love it. The exhaust brake is awesome. Truck is still in the breaking in process so power and mileage should improve although I have no complaints now. Overall super nice truck!

just bought it a week ago...had 2 1500's with the Hemi...but had to rev the hell out of it to get any power while towing to stay at 110km/hr. and the fuel mileage was 7-10MPG...now i can tow anything with 15-19MPG...towed 8000LBS with 15 MPG and climbed every hill with ease. I just plain like driving it all day.

Review
I traded my 06 3500 which was loaded and had the Cummins 5.9L for the 09 3500 ST with the 6.7L. Both are 4WD DRW. The 09 has a 6 spd man tran and is a bare-bones work horse. It has much more power then the 5.9L did, and the manual tran helps manage the power band well. I tow both a large boat and large 5th wheel with ease. I am hoping for better fuel economy when the engine becomes broken-in, which occured about the 17K point with the 06. MPG increased about 25% at that point. If you need a truck to work for you take a serious look at the Dodge. I have owned 2 F350's and now on my 2nd Dodge 3500. Dodge wins hands down!

Dodge built a good truck, but they went cheap-charlie on the front end. There are several after-mkt frt-end kits available, and I will probably install one when the warranty runs out...which may be sooner then we all think!

This truck is built for work but it can be used as a daily driver. I ony have 2500 mile on it so far and the MPG is as follows. HWY 16.8 City 14 Towing a trailer with 8,000 lbs 12 MPG. Maybe the MPG will increase as the engine breaks in. The dealership has been very helpful with the few minor questions. The Diesel Exhaust Brake should stay on per dodge but you have to engage it every start up.

Review
Power, it's what this truck is all about. I farm and pull horse trailer and racecar trailer and when you hit the road, you forget about what's behind you. Fuel mileage is about 19 t0 20 and I am greatful to that. The only truck in the market that is a true diesel.

Review
Sold my 06 Ford 6.0 with a chip, it had more power and take off speed than this Dodge does. This Cummins is great, however, I am concerned about the rest of the truck. The dash seems to be made of cheap, thin, plastic. Ride is a little rough compared to the Ford I used to have. I have 13000 on this one so far, have had it to the dealership twice for electronic items that had failed! I hope things get better with my new Dodge, but I do miss my Ford!

Needs more options at purchase. The trucks just look to plain without design/style. You have to spend more money to spruce up your truck.

This truck is crazy! I have not found a job it cannot do. The power on this truck beats anything out there including any Ford or GM. This truck is over engineered and I'm glad for it. I have no doubts it will last me 10 years.
