    Yep, the "alarm" was made a recall for 2003-2005 and is standard on 2006-2008 trucks. If your shifter is indeed getting stuck in R, you definitely want to get the linkage checked. I've not had that happen with my 2005 3500 in 50,000 miles. kcram - Pickups Host

    I've read at www.allpar.com that the 5.7 hemi's manufacturing costs are lower then the OHC 4.7's! I bet they still charge more for it! I would kill to see this motor in the current style Dakota.
