I had problems with the oil sending unit
which Dodge would not or could not fix.
Nor would they acknowledge the problem.
Since Dodge showed no interest in
customer service or retention, I am now
a proud owner of a New F250. The brake
system and noise in the steering colunm
are also a concern. Although Dodge did
acknowledge the steering column problem,
they refuse to notify current and future
owners of the problem or simply recall
the defect. As it was explained to me,
the noise is a result of faulty spacers
in the steering column.
Customer service is in dire need!!!!
