I love the look of the Dodge Ram,
however, that's as much praise as I can
give it. In the 2 years I've owned it,
I've had it in the shop 7 times.
Problems have included the driveshaft,
A.C., rims, torque converter and
transmission. I may be in the minority
but I've spoken to enough Ram owners to
know that I'm not the only one to
regret walking into a Dodge
In your face looks.
I'm frustrated by the problems I've
experienced but I think Dodge could
help itself a great deal by improving
its customer service both at corporate
and its dealerships. Service after the
sale hasn't been a priority for either
in my situation.
