ya,i have one with 1600 miles on it and the mpg i get is 12.2 on the freeway and 11.6 in the city. it's back at the dealeship for the second time. i got better mpg with my 2004 yukon v8 with 120000 miles on it, when i traded it in for the journey i was getting 11 in the city and 17 on the freeway, i thought i was coming out ahead but not. 2012 journey 3.6 fwd
The mpg depends on your driving, so that is why it varies in it.
I drove it all the way from TN to NJ with stoping very little to fill it up and I have the SXT.
Above all if you are peddle to the metal type driver the mpg will suck, but if you are slow and steady (drive at the speed limit) the mpg is fine.
I posted a review on this just a few minutes ago - don't see it anywhere. If it ever shows up read it. I rented an 2012 SXT AWD and got 19.8 in mixed driving mostly country and interstate. Like the gentleman who previously posted, my 2002 GME Envoy XL SLT gets just as good mileage and if I keep it on the interstate can top 20 MPG. Its not a bad vehicle but with gas seeming to settle at $3-$4/gallon I'd rather put my gas dollars into something else. Other - no temperature read out on auto matic climiate control, poor radio reception and sound quality, mushy arm rest material, key fob for push button start to big and bulky, no automatic headlights
