I have the same car. Perhaps you got one from a "bad batch" and I'm so sorry to hear all you've gone through. What a bummer! I too have had some trouble, but not so much. I've never had a mechanical 'under the hood' sort of problem, but my car has had a few electrical issues. Ends up, after much checking from some guys who couldn't figure out why my radio wouldn't turn on, I found a fuse box that was WELL hidden either under my passenger side or in the glove box (can't remember- and my car, I bought used with no manual) but it was just a loose fuse!! I was so happy it was a free repair. My brakes have needed service, but only because my husband speeds up to stop signs and slams on the brakes.. lol My biggest reason I'd recommend no one buy this car, though it is the nicest most comfy car I've ever owned is.... the visibility for left lane changes, require me to really turn and look over my left shoulder, which limits my front view, endangering me. I have often been honked at as I almost hit people. The windows came too tinted, the mirrors aren't set to see people driving beside me, and the frame of the car is set to block view while changing lanes. I feel very unsafe, and though I've enjoyed my car and try to change lanes very gradually in case there is a car I cannot see, giving them time to honk at me, I don't feel its right to make visibility so hard. The back window is almost 0 visibility.Report it
