Raychel2561. We also have a 2010 journey sxt. We've taken it to the local dealership 5 times for the so called "dead battery" syndrome. They've replaced the ignition switch and key FOB. It still continues to have this issue. My wife called the manufacturer's # in the owners manual and they have opened up a "case". Funny thing, is like u say - the dealership things we're cookoo for cocoa puffs. It starts everytime for them. We told them if this continues to happen, they can have them da#n thing back. This car has issues, no one believes you and we're tired of dealing with it Like you, we agree - don't buy this junkReport it
