BEWARE POTENTIAL DURANGO BUYERS!!!!
We purchased our '03 Dodge Durango SLT
4X4 off the lot in February. In
Marh '03 we started having "issues"
with it. The rear axle seal was
leaking and finally after three repair
attempts it was fixed. The complete
rear axle was replace!! I thought I
just bought a new Durango!! This was
followed by the check engine light
coming on for various other reasons
that the service manager still can
To boot, 22,000 miles later it needs
new brakes. I have had no success with
any Dodge dealership service department
being straight with me. There's always
someething they can not explain that
happens. The inspection for this year
(2004) was another issue. It failed for
Imagine something being wrong with my
2003 Durango once again. Then took it
to a Dodge dealer. They claim nothing
is wrong. Calls are not returned.
Filing for Lemon Law relief goes
nowhere. I am totally turned off on
any Daimler Chrysler Product from now
on. Beware buyers!!!
