Hey Folks I've never owned a Dodge but I am thinking about a Charger SRT-8. How is the build quality? How about Dodge customer service? Also, a local dealer has a 2007 and a 2008 unsold on the lot (never titled). Is an unsold 2007 a red flag for something is wrong with it? I know what TMV is as far as fair prices for a used 2007, but I can't find anything on how to deal with ... Read More...

Who are you kidding? The Lucerne 4.6L was tested by Car and Driver to reach 60mph in 6.9 seconds. It's basically a slug for a V8. The "Hemi" name is ancient but the engine is relatively new (2003) even though it is a pushrod design. I meant LaCrosse "Super" with the 5.3 LS-4 300 hp V8 ;) The Lucerne "Super" gets the 292 hp version of the Northstar which should knock off ... Read More...

Thanks for the link Jimhemi, I have seen those pictures before. The engineering team that worked on the 2006 Dodge Charger wanted to go for something more modern, retro wasn’t what they were going for. JOHN DODGE Just as an FYI, the Charger could have been worked to look more old then what the currant team came up with. With C.A.D these guys did a pretty good job in my opinion.
