Review

This car has the illusion of a late 60's muscle car. The power, performance and feel are a whole lot better. Not only is this car the most fun I have ever driven, it is a real eye catcher. Try stepping out of the Charger RT in any parking lot without having someone ask you how you like it or make some kind of comment about it.

Favorite Features

The 5.7 liter Hemi and the transmission.

Suggested Improvements

I think they could have come out with more colors.

Review

The Charger R/T Daytona is a super awesome car! I have loved every mile so far. Being a limited production car, (mine is number 1592 of 4000 made) I love the look and the color. It's loaded to the gills too. I am getting great mileage so far averaging 21 MPG in the 4200 miles I have driven it. It gets noticed everywhere I go. It seems to fit me. I plan on keeping it for many many years to come. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something unique and head turning. It's a true enthusiast's car!

Favorite Features

I love the Hemi, the exhaust note, and the large amount of room inside. The looks are super. The 6 disc changer is awesome. I love all the power features too. It's loaded! The seats are super comfortable. It's got many little touches. The enthusiast's support for the new Charger is great!

Suggested Improvements

Slightly louder exhaust note. Better location for the cruise control stalk, though I am getting used to it now. Memory function for the seats and mirrors. I think that's all I can come up with right now. It's almost perfect as is.

Review

The new Charger really delivers the performance and comfort. All my friends happily jump in all 4 doors when we go for a ride. The car looks very serious from the outside and inviting on the inside.

Favorite Features

The 5 speed autostick transmission is easy to use and that Hemi is intoxicating.

Suggested Improvements

It needs to be stealth to enemy radar. To be truthful, there are exterior plastic body parts that are not solidly attached to the car and I can hear some road noise over rough pavement.

Review

Of all the cars I have owned and purchased new, this car has given me the most pleasure of them all. I still don't know if I am more impressed with the power or the amount of features that are available for this car.The nav will get you just about to the front door of where you are going and the sound system upgrade was well worth it. The heated seats warm up very fast on the cold nights. I am impressed with how smooth the transmission shifts also. My daughter is just upset that she has no heated seat in the back for her. Heck, with the leg room and video system I don't mind sitting back there.

Favorite Features

Hemi power. Navigation, Sirrius satellite. Heated seats. Autostick. Exhaust growl. Ample trunk space, roomy cabin, auto dim mirror, theatre dim interior lights.

Suggested Improvements

Could use more space in glove box. Owners manual barely fits. Box could also use a light. I felt hood prop rod was cheap should have used shock supports. Bonked my head on trunk latch a few times as it is exposed and sticks out when trunk is opened. Memory seats would be a nice feature too.

Review

Got my blue RT with the road and track option almost a year ago. It has been a great car for me. I've only had to take it back for oil changes. I'm real picky and usually have to have the dealer fix a few little things on my new cars. Not this one. Glad I ordered mine with road and track option. The better seats are great and the other extras were worth it. Fun to drive. I car pool and after a couple of days not driving it I miss it. Just starting it is exciting. I've always bought new cars, and this has been the best. Not happy with fuel economy. I've owned V-8s before that did better. Ride and handling are very good for this size car. If you drive it, you will like it.

Power and speed. Ride. Seats. Autostick. Looks.

Suggested Improvements

Dash needs more class. Backing up is a little nerve wracking.

Review

This is one of the finest cars I have ever purchased. It has a great ride and great feel to the road. The fuel consumption is actually pretty good considering the horsepower this car develops. I've taken it on one trip and got an average of 21.7 mpg. Please note that 98% was freeway driving at 68 to 72 mph. This car is a great value for its price.

Review

I thought I would never get rid of my minivan that I loved since I have 2 boys both over 6'3 and play sports but could not turn away from the Charger. Boy were they glad! Nothing has made everyone from Dad to the youngest son happier than to have a cool car to have mom drive you around in, and nothing has made me happier than to have a car I can count on. Somehow when I drive it I can get 20-21 mpg but when Dad decides to drive it goes to 14 mpg. No problem, we both enjoy it, just for different reasons. I have added 22" wheels and a pinstripe to accent the rear wheel well. Just a little to make it different. We can all take a ride it this bad boy together and no one minds at all.

Favorite Features

Outside looks. Heated seats. Engine and the sound of the engine, along with the fact that you can pass anyone anytime you want. Love the trunk room.

Suggested Improvements

Needs to have programable seats. I get tired of reseting my seat after my husband drives it. And since he likes to take it out every now and then it would be nice for the seat to be programed.

Most cars are referred to as "she". This car is just too tough to be a "she". I have owned several sports cars in my life, a Corvette, Camaro, two Mustangs, and a Crossfire. I never thought I would like this car so much! My husband is in the car biz, so when he brought this one home for me to test out, I was not impressed by the looks too much (the whole four door thing kinda wasn't my style). I drove it for a few days anyway. Wow, was I ever shocked. This car is by far the most fun car I have ever driven. It looks tough, sounds tough, and it is tough! I can't even go to the grocery store without some punk trying to race. Even more fun when someone doesn't know the power and cuts me off.

Favorite Features

Hemi, power, hood scoop/intake, kicker box in trunk. Sirius satellite, navigation. One touch sunroof, one touch power windows. The most shocking part of all, I love having the four doors now. I can haul people and haul butt at the same time.

Suggested Improvements

Suede inserts on my seats. Scared they will get dirty easily. I won't eat in the car, but accidents happen and I don't like spotty seats. I also have some sort of noise going on in the fan?? Going to take him in next week to check it out. No performance problems though.

The car looks like it's moving when parked. It turns more heads than any car I've ever had. Added a Borla exhaust and air intake. Awesome sound and power. Plenty of room for my 3 daughters who think they're going to drive it when they're 16. Not a chance. A lot of bang for the buck. Try finding a 4 door with that amount of room and power.

Review

I have owned this car for a year and a half. It goes like the muscle cars of the 60's.The gas mileage isn't great, but , what do you expect? The car has great handling and a perfect ride, not too soft. This is a great car.

Acceleration, looks, and GPS.
