Bought a truck, drove it home, my wife blew a tire which required 4 new tires. $1000. Took it to a national tire chain, their tech stated the tire had two nails in it and that they had been there for a while. Also stated they were starting to dry rot. Dealership GM Schworer basically is calling me a liar and an idiot, that his dealership inspected the tires and they were fine! Which is what I’d say to cover my responsibility too. I would be very careful buying here, this dealership really doesn’t care about their customers, especially their safety. Make sure to look over your intended purchase for deficiencies. You will get a neat looking “inspection” sheet, I would go over the whole sheet before I agreed to purchase a car here.

Purchase of new 2018 Odyssey EX-L

I purchased a new 2018 Odyssey EX-L on July 9, 2018. I purchased it from Sales Consultant David Quach. This was an internet purchase. I did not see or drive the vehicle until I arrived at the dealership after agreeing on a color combination, options and a price. I live in the Des Moines area about two hours from this dealership. After getting quotes from dealerships in 5 states David had the best price and he made it worth the two hour drive as price was the driving factor. I had many interactions with him on the phone and via email. All were very positive. When we got to the dealership we test drove the Odyssey and he explained in detail all the features (and there are many). We were pleased with all the time he took to make sure we understood the features and knew how to use them. Further, he said he would send us, via email, videos that would be be beneficial if we forgot how to use something. True to his word we have received those videos. Everything was exactly as he said it would be when we arrived. The paper work was in order, the vehicle was clean inside and out (as it should be), and he answered all our questions. This was a great buying experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have already recommended him to family and friends and shared our buying experience. I would definitely buy from him again. I hope this review helps you in some way.

From the moment I entered in the door, everyone, and I mean everyone was warm and friendly. They made me feel like I had known them for a long time....(even the staff that was not directly involved in the sale.) Tony, David, and Cheryl, all made every effort to address my concerns. They are all very professional. Their knowledge of the business is second to none. Their patience and customer service skills are truly an asset to the dealership. ... Misleading Information

Word of advice, take any used vehicle to a mechanic you trust before buying. We bought a used Tahoe from Honda Cars of Bellevue and several issues that should have been caught by their maintenance department were caught by our mechanic after we bought. These were not small details that are easily overlooked. Left and right ball joints are worn out, both CV boots are torn, belts are in poor shape, and the transmission fluid was found to be dirty. Items that checked out on the report card provided to us by Honda Cars when we bought. Any used car has problems, and we were aware of approximately $1500 worth of work to resolve fluid leaks. What we did not expect was an additional $2500 of undisclosed problems. We made the dealership aware of the issues, and they wanted us to bring in the vehicle for their service department to look at again. However, once they learned we had authorized the repairs and the vehicle was being worked on they pulled back and said that they could not help. They did offer to help with a brake switch failure which occurred after we had the vehicle for a few days, but missed the point that their tech should have caught the other major problems. We bought the vehicle based on the flawed information they gave us. Their response to this incident speaks to how they view their customers once they get their sale. Frankly, they should be ashamed. If trust and honesty is a part of your ethos then you should avoid this dealer. We frequent businesses that we trust, and Honda Cars of Bellevue has lost our business.

Beware of [non-permissible content removed]! Test drove a used Toyota for my 16 yr old - car ran well but noticed a pull to the right. We asked the salesman to have the car go through the shop and be thoroughly inspected. He insisted that all cars go through shop and check out before going to the lot. We thought ok maybe it was a low tire or needs alignment nothing major. After haggling and listening to the salesmen babble on about the deal we were getting we decided to purchase because the car had low miles and Toyota is a good name. Two days later a check engine light comes on. We decide to take the car to a Toyota dealer - come to find out Cathay broken tire belt, leaking water pump, black transmission fluid which should have been changed before going to lot and a bad EPA charcoal system. Shouldn't all of this been discovered in the shop at Hondar cars of Bellevue?? Why was I told the car was inspected when it wasn't (or problems were not disclosed when negotiating). Did the dealer reset the check engine light?? Now I have to sink an additional 2000.00 into a car that I already paid too much for! Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else!!!

Low key respectful experience

From my first visit to Honda Cars of Bellevue earlier this year, I was pretty committed to buying from them. From my introduction to Tom Anderson at this visit, I was taken with his low key approach. When I told him I was waiting for prices to decline, Tom quit calling me weekly (greatly appreciated!) When the summer clearance occurred, I was right there! As a single woman, I really appreciated the respect and consideration shown to me by Tom and Cheryl Oxner in the finance department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. I love my new HR-V, paid a fair price for it, and definitely would recommend the dealership to anyone who wants to deal with a low key sales and financial staff and end up feeling like you really mattered to them!

We had an excellent experience with Honda Cars of Bellevue. Our Salesman, Faizullo went out of his way to work with us on the purchase of our new Accord. He gave us all of the information about the new car as well as worked with us to achieve the best deal possible. Cheryl in the finance department was also extremely helpful and without her, we may not have gotten the best interest rate available! I would fully recommend Honda Cars of Bellevue to anyone looking for a great deal and an awesome sales/finance team! Fully deserving of 5 Stars!

Buying a new Honda Pilot

I had a very pleasant car buying experience at Honda Cars of Bellevue. By doing internet research, I decided on a new Honda Pilot with an acceptable price in mind. After a quick conversation with David Quach, who offered more discounts than I expected, a deal was quickly made. And the rest was easy: set up a time, test drive the car, paper works..and I drive home in my new Pilot. The whole process took only an hour. David Quach has truly changed my view towards car salesmen. Instead of pressuring me into anything, he listened. Therefore he was able to understand exactly what I wanted and closed a deal so effectively. A worthy five stars! Thank you David.

I went to Honda cars of bellvue to find an economy car for the right price. Not only did I do that, but I found a salesperson that was an absolute joy to work with. Very fair and tough, we both were satisfied with the deal we struck. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fair deal on a vehicle.

We stopped by Honda Cars of Bellevue on Friday just to look and drove off in a 2013 Honda CR-V. The vehicle had everything I had been looking for at a reasonable price, and was in mint condition. David Quach was not your usual salesperson. He didn't play any of the typical sales games. He knew his vehicles, he listened to what we wanted, and he found it for us. Everything was uncomplicated and fast. On Monday David spent an hour with me going over the electronic features of my new CR-V, including the navigation and audio systems, connecting my phone and uploading contacts, and customizing my settings. I can't say enough about this guy or this dealership. And that's saying a lot, because I can be a difficult customer!

After dealing with another Honda dealer and not recieving assistance or return calls outside of them showing me the vehicle, it was a great relief to have Kevin in the service department call me about an online inquiry, and for him to call me back 5 minutes after that with my answers. He was dedicated to helping make our deal work and making us happy with both the value of the car we were buying and the trade in value. I would definately recommend him to sell you a car. In addition, Cheryl in finance also went above and beyond to close our sale, to get everything wrapped up and make sure we had the extended warranty that was best for us.

We had a wonderful experience with Kevin M., our sales person. We had stopped at the Honda Car's of Bellevue last weekend, but wanted to look around and see what similar dealership's had to offer price wise. We stopped at O'Daniel's Honda, after spending over an hour at their dealership and trying to buy a Honda CR-V for the price that I was looking to spend. I got so frustrated with their unwillingness to negotiate a fair price. I called Honda Cars of Bellevue back and the next day we met with Kevin to see if they could beat O'Daniel's best price. We did negotiate what I think was a fair price and less than what O'Daniel's had quoted. I can't thank Kevin enough for a wonderful experience.
