Brenengen Ford is always willing to find a vehicle that fits my individual needs. Troy makes sure all details are taken care of as requested and, when things might have not been transferred over as requested, he made things right before the deal was closed. There was a factory defect in one window of my most recently purchased vehicle and Troy made sure the window was replaced as part of my purchase. I can honestly say I have not had any bad experiences with Brenegen Ford after purchasing 4 vehicles there.

I loved dealing with this dealership. I just bought a 2014 Ford Focus from them. I found the Focus on their website and it was absolutely perfect for me. They got me approved for financing with a good rate and I told them I'd be down the next day to look at it. They had the car all warmed up and set aside waiting for me when I arrived. This was my first new car and I expected a little more hassle with the buying process but it was so easy and fast. I love the car so much, I had a couple questions after the sale about the radio features and Gene followed up with me right away and answered my questions. Everyone was really friendly and helpful! When I told my friends and family I was in the market to buy a vehicle everyone told me to go to Brenegen, I'm glad I did. You can't beat their prices and their service!

Hello, just wanted to commend you and your team, specially Matt W and Eric from financing, for their help and assistance with my trade and purchase of a 2013 Flex on 10/18/2013. I drove from NJ with my son. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Matt and he was courteous and super helpful. After making my decision on which Flex to buy I spoke to Eric in financing who took his time to explain to me the process and paper work. Everything went smooth and my Flex was prepped and ready for the Highway within a comfortable time. Your service team should also be commended for the time they took preparing the car for my 1000+++ miles journey back home. Unbelievable team and the best experience with a car dealer. It is a shame that I had to travel 1000+ miles to find it. But with no regrets, I again thank you and your team for such a great buying experience !! Keep up the good work!!! Forgot to mention that Matt Wtook it upon himself with his manager's approval to get me an extra $200 credit for road expenses!! You are the man Matt!!!

My husband and I drive through Sparta several times a year to visit family in Central Wisconsin. We had noticed a good selection of vehicles at Brenengen Ford and several weeks ago decided to stop in. The prices for the vehicle type we were shopping for compared much more favorably than the prices we had seen at other dealerships, both in our hometown and elsewhere. We were given a trade-in figure for our used Ford Edge that exceeded other offers we had received. It was an easy decision to make the deal at Brenengen and we were especially pleased with the time that was taken by the salesman to sync our phones and teach us how to use all the new features on our vehicle. In all our years of car buying we have never had that kind of assistance. We are very happy customers and love our car!

Best dealership experience ever

We have purchased a number of new and used cars over the years and by far our best experience with a dealer was with Brenengen Ford of Sparta, WI. We live nearly 170 miles away but found them while checking online through Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book. After my husband talked by phone to Scott at Brenengen, we decided to put our name on a list for the kind of car we wanted him to find for us and we gave him a top price we were willing to pay. After a few weeks we decided our price was a little too low and upped it, soon resulting in a great car at a very fair price. Our recent purchase was a 2010 Ford Taurus Limited, a former fleet car with just over 31,000 miles. The quality of the car is outstanding, and even though this is a used car, Scott treated us like we were new car buyers. Missing a floor mat? No problem, he got us new floor mats. A chip in the windshield? No problem. He made arrangements to have it fixed by someone in our area. Brenengen's even put gas in the tank before we left for home with it. This is a no dicker dealership, which we personally enjoyed. Did we get a deal? We think so. According to KBB, we paid about $2,000 less than the going rate for a comparable car in our area. Thank you Brenengen for the no-hassle experience! Keep up the good work.
