From the time we walked in to the time we left was 5 hours. We were constantly told, "just 10 more minutes" or "it will be about 15 more minutes" every time we tried to leave. Our sales person was working with another client and trying to manage both of us at the same time and there was one finance person available. Luckily our little child was good through this experience, although because of this time period he missed his nap. Also, my husband missed 1/2 day of work because of their "10 more minutes" promises (we went during his lunch break and he didn't return to work until 5:30 p.m.). They needed to make an adjustment to the car and said the car would be ready 4 days later. 3 days later we were told it wouldn't be ready for 2 more weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. It ended up being ready a week later after we complained. We feel the entire process was based on what we wanted to hear, and not the truth. We're adults and can handle the truth. Very over-promised and under-delivered experience and this is not the way to get customers to refer others to you. We love the car itself, but hated our car buying experience at Boucher Kia.
