I went online and found the car that I was looking for and asked them if it would be possible to price match from another dealer because they had the exact color I was looking for. The sales rep quickly replied and stated that they will be able to not only match but beat the price of their competitor. So I made the trip down to their dealership only find out that they were closed early for the day. However, I was able to look at the exterior and match the vin numbers to the description he had sent to me. With that in mind I was very confident that everything would go smoothly so I did all the paper work online and called and emailed the sales rep to make sure that everything was ok. He assured me several times that it was ok, but when the time came for me to finalize the paper work he then stated in an email that my package needed approval. I called several times to the office but only got his voice message. I eventually got the sales manager on the line and he explained to me what the problem was. I couldn't understand why the sales rep didn't tell me when he knew that I was going to be driving an hour to get to the dealership. He later sent me an email asking for my phone number. Which makes no sense, because my phone number was on the application papers and he had called me two times before. The final result was that I couldn't get a loan through Toyota, but I think the dealership did not want to sell the car at the price that was agreed upon. Be very wary of this dealership and their practices. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst part is I didn't even get an apology from them. BE VERY VERY OF THIS DEALERSHIP.
