I have utilized AOB service since I moved to Milw. area in 2001. I had a '98 RL at that time. All the service writers I've dealt with have been pleasant, helpful, always call re: car progress, costs etc. The work I get done with AOB, the regular cadence of: 7,500...15,000...22,500...30,000...etc. is always well done, priced up front and the car washed and ready to go when I come to pick up. A very well run shop. AOB ALWAYS has had free loaner cars for when you car is in for warranty, etc. work. I have always had a loaner. This is a great luxury plus. I can drop car off, get loaner, get to work and return later all hassle free. NICE. The service Mgr. Ron Kornhoff recently treated me and my certified used 2004 RL superbly. I bought the car in Mar '03 and at a new owner clinic, he offered to detail my car and remove a new ding I'd gotten at work--for nothing--when I brought my car in next time for service. Well, riding Harley's all Spring - Summer - Fall, that service ended up being just this January. I thought, they'll never remember let alone honor that verbal promise...WRONG! My 37,500 service was done, the car detailed and ALL the dings--yes I got a few more-- were all taken out. THAT is commitment to word...and what earns this dealer my highest praise for follow thru / this write-up. I like these folks...try them, I think you'll find they know the product, fix it right first time and treat you the owner like a luxury owner ought to be treated.
