Negative experience at Rosenthal Mazda

Pros:

none - a negative process

Cons:

waste of time

Spent over an hour going back and forth over my requirements.  Instead of just saying no, they can't meet my needs they wanted to discuss every other option possible.  It was a frustrating experience to deal with sales people incapable of listening to the clients needs.

Sales associates Sharjeel and Daerius seemed courteous, resourceful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Store manager, finance manager and trade-in process.

I went to compare quotes from another dealership. The manager was extremely rude and actually told me that I should go to the other dealership and buy it right now. Extremely rude and pompous.
