Pros:

Kept you up to date.

Cons:

Not very quick to help you at the front desk.

Service department is right next to the  dealership.  Check engine light came on.  I made an appointment and they had my car fixed within a day.  Also needed the back bumper repaired and painted which took a couple days.  They gave me a loaner until my car was ready.
