I had done quite a bit of research on KIA's prior to reaching out. I had spoken with the team at Beaverton KIA given my location and frankly was less than impressed. Having heard their radio advertisements, "We Wanna See Ya in a KIA" I decided to reach out to Dick Hannah KIA and that is when I met Mark Goff. Beginning to end my experience was top notch, Mark made that extra effort that really cemented how important my business was to their dealership in other words, they made us feel appreciated. Mark took the time to really understand exactly what I was looking for and found it for me in a short time. We ended up buying a 2013 KIA Sorento SX and it is just perfect. The buying process was painless, Mark and his team worked hard to get a great rate and financing was simple. Barry in finance is very good at what he does if I do say so myself. In summary, if you are looking for a dealership where the experience is the exact opposite of that stereotypical back and forth pressure buying experience then go see the guys at Dick Hannah. I can honestly say that it's more than just a purchase - they take care of you; you feel like you are joining a club, I know it sounds hokey but it's the truth. I will certainly come back when it's time for my next car, KIA or not.
