I took my 2002 PT Cruiser in to replace the remote keyless entry module. Stacy and her team at the Chrysler service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She also confirmed that there were no issues regarding my remote keyless entry remotes themselves. I'm very happy with the service provided. The explanation of the type of service performed was clear and concise, the cost very reasonable, and the turn around time was normal. I left knowing that I would recommend their service department to my friends and I would be a repeat customer. And most of that was due to the superior service provided by Stacy.
