I expected better. My wife and I visited with salesperson Stevon Crumpton on Friday evening. We clearly stated we wanted a red 2012 Soul + with power sunroof for under $20,000. Mr. Crumpton said he would get back to me on Saturday. On Saturday he phoned, and later verified by e-mail, the exact deal stated above and we scheduled an 11:00 AM appointment for paperwork and deposit on Sunday. After an hour of unnecessary and unrequested test driving, video presentations and flat-out waiting for no reason, the sales manager sat down with a $22,000 number. Bait and Switch. I want my two hours back.
